This study was carried out to determine the use possibility of hazelnut husk waste as growing medium of ornamental plant in greenhouse condition. Five different medium containing sphagnum moss peat (Control) and hazelnut husk waste (HW) were prepared. Some physical and chemical properties of media were determined. Performances of media were tested by growing Primula (Primula obconica) plant in the greenhouse. Nutrient element contents of the experimental plants were analyzed as criteria for the nutritional status. Easly available water content (EAW) and water buffering capacity (WBC) of all growing media were measured desirable levels, while aeration capacity (AC) values were found lower than the limits, except in % 100 HW medium. Fresh and dry weights of plants were found extremely high in medium preparing with HW than SMP. Significantly differences were obtained in N, K, Ca and Mg contents, while no considerable changes were found in P and Na. Generally, N and K amounts of Primula plant were higher but Ca and Mg contents were lower in the media containing HW. Primula plant grown in all mediums, except control reached differently saleable quality levels. It was concluded that HWcan bu used at least 50% and more for the growth of Primula plant as take into consideration the results obtained from this research.

The distribution of digital media impacts on communication media usage. This study examines the effects of digital culture and media on the happiness and well-being of rural people in the Koakha and Thagham sub districts in Lampang and Singhburi provinces. Modern communication systems need to be regarded with caution, as sources of information may be unreliable. The study found communication brings six factors together and it is a variable of transparent administration, networking and face-to-face communication. Local governments promote better population health by providing sports equipment and other facilities in public places.
In early 1990s, in rural areas of Central Yakutia, in order to provide drinking and industrial water to the population, the construction of a main water supply system, consisting of pumping stations, pipelines, reservoirs and canals, began. The article presents the results of the study of the objects of the main water conduit «Lena – Muru» for 2014 – 2016 years, compiled schedules of water pumping stations in the reservoir, the power consumption of electricity and the cost of it. In addition, the operation mode of the water pipeline pump stations for the period 2014 – 2017 was analyzed and the ratio of water supply, electricity consumption and financial costs was shown
