Mimusops laurifolia (Forssk) Friis is a probable herbal medicinal plant contains many phenolic compounds with high antioxidant activity including flavonoids, triterpenes, saponins, and amyrins and rich in bioactive ingredients: n-hexane (HF), ethyl acetate (EAF), n-butanol (BF) and chloroform (CF). There were no reports in the literature about the antifibrotic activity of Mimusops laurifolia so the main aim of the study was to evaluate the effects of ethanolic extract of Mimusops laurifolia leaves on liver fibrosis induced by TAA on animal model (rat).40 adult male Albino rats weighting 160- 200 g the rats completely randomized and divided into four equal groups. 1) (Negative control): They were received saline solution. 2) (Mimusops laurifolia leaves extract group) provided with a constant supply of Mimusops laurifolia leaves extract 360 mg/kg three times a week for six weeks. 3) Thioacetamide group (TAA) (positive control) the rats received TAA at a dose of 100 mg/kg three times a week for six weeks. 4)(Mimusops laurifolia leaves extract + TAA group) the rats provided with a constant supply of Mimusops laurifolia leaves extract 360 mg/kg simultaneously with TAA at a dose of 100 mg/kg body weight three times a week for six weeks.The obtained results revealed that, TAA exhibited a significant decrease in the levels of SOD, GPx, GST, CAT activities whereas it exhibited a significant increase in MDA, nitric oxide levels. Also it significantly increased the liver enzymes GPT GOT and GGT activities on contrast but the co-treatment with the ethanolic extract of Mimusops laurifolia leaves to stressed rats yields reverse estimation of the previously mentioned parameters. As well as the histopathological examination and the commet assay can confirm the previous results.

Cladosporium genus is the most commonly distributed genus all over the world. The endophytic association of this genus with medicinal plants is not well explored. A distinguished subspecies “malaysiense” reported from stem explants of neem in Shah Alam, Malaysia. Polyphasic approach was used for the complete taxonomy and identification of this novel subspecies. Phylogenetic analysis based on combined internal transcribed spacer (ITS), shows that this subspecies comes under the group Cladosporium cladosporioides species complex. The new subspecies introduced as Cladosporium cladosporioides; subspecies – malaysiense and barcoded as MSU-Cl-409 (GenBank accession number: MZ292424.1). In the present study, this subspecies is thoroughly described, illustrated and compared with other known species of the genus. Unique endophytic fungal isolate is distinct from its phylogenetically related species by its growth pattern, micronematous conidiophores, ramoconidia and number of conidia on an unbranched conidiophore.

Various studies have demonstrated that different rest Intervals and set – repetition has a significant effect on hormonal and metabolic responses. This factors can lead to different muscle damage responses. 20 untrained subjects (25.4 ± 0.068 years, height 1.74 ± 0.97 cm and weight 30.8 ± 8.48 kg) in three sessions of eccentric resistance exercise with 24 hours rest between each session Participated in this study. Subjects were divided into 2 groups of 10 subjects who performed 50 eccentric contractions with different number of 5 sets, 5 repetitions, and the interset rest interval 1 and 3 minutes with 85% of one repetition maximum (1RM). Creatine Kinase and Lactate Dehydrogenase were measured immediately before , immediately after each session and 24 hours after the last training session. Variance analysis with repeated measurment and Bonferroni post- hoc test were used for statistical analysis of data. There is no significant difference in Creatine Kinase and Lactate Dehydrogenase between four groups at different time points. (P <0.05). The repetition of eccentric exercise for three consecutive days causes muscle damage that is independent of manipulating the interset rest intervals.

This paper explores the impact of logistics performance on international seaborne trade. The analysis draws on Tunisia’s overall logistics performance and its six sub-dimensions. The main objective of this paper is to inventory the logistical obstacles that impede the flow of goods between Tunisia and worldwide countries. The paper will examine the evolution of the six sub-dimensions of the logistics performance and their impacts on Tunisia\'s seaborne trade. The empirical analysis involved a comparison, both the evolution of the logistics performance index and the seaborne trade in Tunisia. Findings show that the overall logistics performance and its six sub-dimensions are statistically significantly correlated with seaborne trade in Tunisia. The findings could help decision-makers to identify deficiencies in logistics performance and improve them to improve Tunisia\'s competitiveness in seaborne international trade.

Ontologies remain the focal asset for the effective functioning of semantic search approaches, as they’re able to describe concepts based on a uniform and common vocabulary providing a machine-readable and shareable format. Nowadays, the challenge concerning ontologies exceeds their conception and creation, as a multitude of ontologies are proposed in various domain of applications. Thus, the effective challenge consists of evaluating those ontologies in order to choose the fitting and suitable one. In this paper, we present a new approach to select the convenient ontologies from a set of candidate ontologies by ranking them according to predefined criteria. Our approach takes into account not only the taxonomic structure but also the semantic aspect of the ontology. In addition, we insist on both semantic relations and specific concepts, which must be favored since they reflect the semantic richness of the ontology. By comparing it with a concept-based one, our method shows encouraging results regarding the final selection of ontologies for each document to annotate; when comparing both of methods, the sorting order becomes more accurate and precise since the concept centrality and the type of relations linking it to the other concepts are the main factors that made the difference.
