This study attempts to investigate the barriers of eLearning implementation in Amman College for Financial and Managerial Scienceusing analytical descriptive approach to examine students’ viewpoint towards the technological and non-technological barriers that affect the implementation of eLearning in the college. The study population represents all the students in the college, which are (2292) students, with a simple random sample consisted of (329) students, a study survey using 500 questionnaire distributed where valid questionnaires analyzed through SPSS application. Results revealed that the technological & non-technological barriers have a statistical impact on e-Learning usage in the college, the study recommends the college to provide students and lecturers with proper e-Learning training, motivation, prober ITC infrastructure, develop the current website to achieve more usefulness and ease of use

This study aimed to identify the impact of knowledge discovery tools on the effectiveness of digital advertising in the telecommunication sector in Jordan. The importance of this study stems from its interest in knowledge discovery tools, in order to achieve the effectiveness of digital advertising. The study population consisted of all employees in the Jordanian telecommunications sector companies, a Simple Random sample was used where a questionnaire was developed as a tool for the study, (449) of (600) questionnaires were used for this purpose. The main results of the study that there is a significant statistical impact of knowledge discovery tools (data mining, web mining, OLAP, social media mining) on the effectiveness of digital advertising. In addition, the main recommendations of this study are maintain the necessary requirements and modern technical needs for the tools of knowledge discovery and digital advertising according to the needs of the Jordanian telecommunications sector, and provide financial, administrative support by senior management to keep up with the tools of knowledge discovery, and to make efforts to absorb, develop and employ technology in a manner consistent with the existing situation.

Recycling is a source of employment for thousands of families who live by selecting, classifying, transporting and selling recyclable products. Unfortunately, most of the people who carry out the recycling work do so in subhuman conditions, marginalization and serious exploitation, as they are frequently persecuted by the authorities and by the community in general, because they are inspired by distrust, fear or contempt. . In this research, instruments are applied to know the sociodemographic and psychosocial conditions of 206 unionized recyclers to 10 cooperatives, and consequently determine the health condition. Descriptive statistics of the different variables are made; and Logit models to identify the psychosocial and sociodemographic factors that influence the health condition of recyclers. The results show that there is vulnerability both sociodemographically and psychosocially, the models indicate that there are different factors that decrease the probability of having good health in the recyclers at a level of confidence of 95%.

Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) constitutes a severe threat to the social well-being of not only children but extends to their families, societies. In response to the global challenge of reducing the growing effect of CSA, this study investigated the use of information sources on child sexual abuse in Ogun State. The study further tested two hypothesis to find out if communication channels for child sexual abuse education has no significant influence on the knowledge of the residents of Ogun State as well as Communication channels for child sexual abuse has no significant influence on the perception of residents of Ogun State. The study revealed that residents of Ogun state Nigeria depended on the internet as an information source for child sexual abuse. In addition, it was revealed that communication channels for child sexual abuse has significant influence on the knowledge and perception of the residents of Ogun State. Consequent upon these findings, the study recommends an urgent development of advocacy messages against CSA in form of edutainment, drama, songs that will fit the new media platform.

The development of the country is directly related with the better road communication from mega cities to rural villages . Pakistan is a developing country and has started a grand network of highways, super Highways and motorways in all four provinces along with Kashmir and Northeren and northwestern regions bordering china and Afghanistan.Highway Flexible pavements are the most commonly used form of pavements and have four component layers namely Sub-grade, Sub-base and base and surface courses, which are constructed of materials like natural soils, sand, morrum etc., are considered to be costly in terms of construction as well as maintenance. The result of plastic fine sand their sticky characteristics in natural soils hampered the performance of the pavement. To reduce the impact of failures alternative materials are to be investigated. In this connection an attempt is made by using Crushed Stone Aggregate and Crusher Dust as road component materials. Gradation mixes were prepared to meet the specifications of National Highway Authority Pakistan and subjected for various geo-technical characterizations such as gradation, compaction, strength etc. According to the results of strength values of compacted crusher dust and Crushed Stone mixes have been evaluated through a series of CBR tests by varying the crusher dust and sand contents from 10% to 60%. On the other hand the suitability of compacted crusher dust as a road base and sub-base materials have been verified in accordance with N H A P specifications and findings that 20-30% in place of sand can satisfy the materials used as sub-base and base courses.

Those psychological variables are thought to be promoters of physical stressors and as stressors in their title. Acute mountain sickness (AMS) that caused by rapid ascent to altitude (>2500 m), is a pathophysiological symptom complex. The pathophysiological of AMS is not yet understood. Accordingly, the researchers investigated the hypoxia and endothelial biomarkers changes in individual with a weak tolerance to high altitude. For this purpose, 21 healthy male participated in this project and fasting blood samples were taken before (sea level) and after 1 and 24-h exposure to high altitude (3,550 m). AMS status was measured by the Lake Louise score at 6 and 24 h after exposure to high altitude. Also, arterial oxygen saturation was measured according to blood samples at each time point. Serum HIF-1, Endothelin-1, VEGF and Orexin-1 were measured by ELISA method. Statistical analyses showed that serum orexin-A, HIF-1, VEGF and endostatin-1 at sea level in AMS-susceptible individuals was less than that of AMS-resistant individuals. Also, a more pronounced increase in serum orexin-A and HIF-1 and progressive decreases in Sao2 were observed in subjects presenting with AMS and those complaining of a difficulty sleeping and headache after fast ascent to high altitude.Pre-ascent measurement of hypoxia related proteins include Orexin-A, HIF-1, VEGF and Endotelin-1 in normoxia associated with AMS, but hypoxia related proteins did not show consistent changes after exposure to high altitude in AMS-resistant individuals and AMS susceptibility individuals. Susceptibility to AMS may be associated with a high response of orexin-1 and HIF-1 after exposure to altitude.

This work is focused on, utilizing the interdisciplinary advances in different engineering fields, to suggest a new design form with modified capabilities of an efficient, real time, reliable and realizable, at low cost, industrial environment monitoring system. The suggested design is intended to monitor, track, assess and register pollution\'s sources parameters and conditions in industrial manufacturing factory, to result in ensuring acceptable quality of factory\'s environment, maintain safety of personnel, Material and Machinery and finally to result in more optimized factory operation. The system design is developed by utilizing commonly available hardware and specially designed modules. The state and value of various environmental pollution sources and conditions, in real time, are continuously read and monitored. The acquired data are broadcasted wirelessly from all sensor modules, to main control unit, which will process the acquired data, calculate the climatic indices, and take correction actions.

The Ikogosi warm spring (IKGWS) in Ekiti State, Southwestern Nigeria is one of the three springs that has manifestation of geothermal resources and geothermal development potential in Nigeria. A study of combined magnetic, resistivity and hydro-chemical investigations was done to characterize and evaluate the subsurface structure beneath the Ikogosi warm spring which can give a clue on its geothermal potential. This approach is just an appraisal that will lead to further studies for future course of action. \nMagnetic data were obtained from twelve magnetic profiles in the N-S direction using a proton precision magnetometer. The data was corrected, processed and interpreted into magnetic maps and profiles. Also the resistivity data was acquired from nine Vertical Electrical Sounding (VES) stations and the data smoothened and interpreted into different curves and contour maps. For the Hydro-chemical study, water samples (two each) were collected from the spring (warm and cold water) and analyzed for nine (9) chemical elements.\nThe Residual Magnetic Intensity (RMI) and Analytic Signal maps suggested significant zones of high magnetic ore bodies and where the magnetic source is more significant within the region of the map indicates the presence of fracture. Profiles 12, 9, 7 and 3 have amplitude of 748 nT, 746.7 nT, 705 nT and 81.1 nT respectively. The slope method was used to estimate the depth to top of magnetic ore producing mineral from the magnetic profiles with an average depth of 10 m across all profiles. Areas having low magnetic anomaly correlated with the high resistive area and intensely fractured zones and vice-versa. Low horizontal gradient indicates high resistive zones and vice versa. The high gradients zones are likely areas with deep fracture or fault. The resistivity survey defined four subsurface layers and revealed that resistivity ranged from 0.55 to 182.51Ωm with average of 41.70 Ωm; depth: 0.55 to 67.44 m and thickness: 0.55 to 63.4m. The resistivity map displays moderately low resistivity values along the NE and SE trends (VES 1-3) on the eastern flank and a higher resistivity on the NW and SW trends on the western flank which is characteristic of fractured quartzite. Sodium (Na) and Bicarbonate (HCO3) in IKGWS were observed to be in excessively high concentrations having value of 5.33 mg/l which is slightly higher than the average concentrations in meteoric water and Bicarbonates (HCO3) having 160.8 mg/l which is almost five times higher than the average concentration in meteoric water. These values of concentrations of Na and HCO3 cannot be considered alone to characterized IKGWS with other geothermal springs of the world. However the area could still be considered a potential site for further geothermal explorations even as the hydro-chemical analysis confirmed that the source of IKGWS is meteoric and not juvenile.
