Producing energy from coal usually occurs environmental problems due to the interaction of organic and metallic substances in coal. Energy process of coal such as process of oil energy very has complex large body system and operated out of environmental balance. coal is a heterogeneous raw material which is very difficult to simulate the optimum energy production that can keep environmental pollution at a minimum. And, coal-fired power generation involves environmental uncertainties and risks for the future. In this reason, level of these uncertainties and risks is estimated with probability theory-based approaches going to guide taking necessary precautions regarding this issue in the future. In this study, global CO2 emissions values that arise from coal is evaluated with Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS) method and Kernel Density Estimation (KDE) method. Then, numeric information was obtained using these methods and was achieved dynamic model. Importantly, kinetics of CO2 emissions data was investigated with probabilistic approach.
Mitochondrial Cytochrome b is a monomeric & monoheme protein which is found in eukaryotic cells that facilitate electron transport during cellular respiration. In this present study cytochrome b protein of Labeo Rohita was selected for a detailed computational investigation to exploit its physicochemical characteristics, structural properties including 3D model, model quality analysis, phylogenetic assessment and functional analysis using several available standard Bioinformatics tools. Physiochemical characterization was performed for identification of protein by computing theoretical isoelectric point (pI), molecular weight, extinction coefficient, instability index and aliphatic index etc. Secondary structure assessment of cytochrome b protein of Labeo Rohita used PSIPRED and revealed a greater percentage of residues as the alpha helix. This protein having an average molecular weight about 42781.76 Da was found thermostable and alkaline and belonging to a metal enzyme. After prediction, the structure has been validated through Ramachandran plot and Rampage validation tools, this homology modelling based structure will provide an insite to its functional aspects. And then we used a different standard server for active site prediction and found an active site. After that, we get the protein-protein interaction site through the string server. And finally submit this predicted 3D model in PDBM server and we get an accession no. PMID: PM0081835.
In this study, real estate sales to foreign nationals between 2012 and 2018 were evaluated within the framework of legal regulations and economic indicators. The hypothesis of the study: After the year 2012, the property purchase of foreigners in Turkey is directly associated with the legal regulations in the country and the economic indicators in the country are not considered as a direct impact on real estate sales. In this context, legal regulations - financial incentives - exemptions for the purchase of real estate by foreigners have been handled. Then economic indicators in Turkey has been investigated by the data of the Turkey Statistical Institute and The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. Finally, the number of real estate sold to foreigners in Turkey between the years 2012-2018 was evaluated within the context of the nationalities of the people and the cities where the properties are sold, by the data obtained from Turkey Statistical Institute and Foreign Affairs Unit of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre.
In this targeted age finding a position isn\'t a simple assignment. Because of this reason numerous individuals are picking malpractices to win money. One of them is forging signature. Signature are considered as “lock of acceptance”. Numerous reports, for example, shapes, contracts, bank checks, and Mastercard exchanges require the signing of a signature. Consequently, it is of highest significance to be able to find signature precisely, easily, and in a timely way. At present signature confirmation is done manually in banks where a man physically checks the signature with the specimen signature. In any case, this strategy isn\'t precise as bare eye can\'t recognize forgeries. It might prompt the unlawful financial related exchange. In this paper I proposed an off-line signature identification system using coordinate geometry for measurement of picture element (PE) and then relate it with AI (Artificial Intelligence) technique
After the financial crisis of 2008, in order to avoid the economic recession or to overcome the effects of crisis, many countires resort to policies to protect their domestic products and industries againts foreign competition more freuquently. Trade wars have been experienced as a result of retaliation against the protection decisions taken by countires wishing to get a share of the commercial gains and the mutual increase of retaliations. This proces has been the most effective weapon they can use strategic new protectionist policies of developing countires such as turkey, to achieve economic and social development and to be protected from unfair competition policies that can be applied against them.
The power market industry is undergoing an intense transformation worldwide. Various market based trading methods in power market widens the access and reliability of power system. Bilateral market exists in a restructured electricity industry where real power contracts are established between the consumers and generators. In this paper Evolutionary Programming Technique is used for the establishment of the most favorable bilateral real power contracts in a restructured power market which are constrained to the steady-state security constraints. It is shown that the proposed methodology would be a decisive tool to ensure economic, stable and secure way to establish bilateral contracts with in the necessary security limitations. FACTS devices are generally have the capability of controlling different electrical parameters in the power system. This capability is used in controlling the power flow in transmission system, in heavily loaded lines reducing the flow and thus there by resulting in enhancing the Total Transfer Capability (TTC) and stability of the network. A sample 4 bus system and IEEE Thirty bus system are presented as example to illustrate the use of this method to minimize the overloads and enhance the TTC of bilateral contract with and without use of FACTS (TCPST) device. The total transfer capability and total overloads of the system was found out in order to rank the transmission lines according to the contingencies for the placement of TCPST device. The MATLAB simulation results obtained show good outcome for the bus systems of the proposed algorithm for the optimal bilateral contract.
Background: Health experts are seeking simple methods for evaluation of atherosclerosis risk. The purpose of this study was determining the relationship between body dimensions with atherosclerosis risk factors. Methods: Subjects of this study were inactive middle-aged men (n=102) and women (n=77). Anthropometric indices (circumferences, width and length of muscles, skinfold fat) and lipid profile of the subjects were determined using standard methods. The relationship between body mass index and fat profile was studied using Pearson correlation coefficient. Findings: Waist circumference (WC), hip circumference (HC), waist to hip ratio (WHR), waist to thigh ratio (WTR), waist to height ratio (WHtR), trunk size, second to fourth digit ratio, suprailiac skinfold fat and subscapularis to triceps skinfold ratio (STR) in men and body mass index (BMI), WC, HC, trunk size, second and fourth digit lengths, triceps and suprailiac skinfold fat and WHtR in women were significantly related to the risk of dyslipidemia (P?0.05). Conclusion: HC, suprailiac skinfold fat and WHtR in both genders have positive relationship with the risk of atherosclerosis. WC, WTR and WHR in men and BMI in women have stronger correlation with atherosclerosis.
Steganography is one among the suggestions that can be used to store the secured information in images. Several techniques which follows serial embedding techniques takes longer to embed the information. The goal of this paper is to hide the secret image with different resolutions in a carrier image with more accurately aid in less execution time. To realize this goal, the combination of texture and Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) is employed. In the FIS, the Fuzzifier Converts the crisp input to fuzzy values through membership functions. Texture features are extracted using the Grey Level Cooccurrence Matrix features. Three Membership Functions such as texture features, Edge sensitivity and the Brightness sensitivity are generated and given as input towards the fuzzy system. The mamdani FIS algorithm is used for embedding the image. All the pixels which are present in the image square is embedded in parallel rather than one by one operations since, it reduces the overall embedding time.
